Important Shipping & Dispatch Update for Footwear orders
We are currently relocating to a new warehouse. During this transition, any FOOTWEAR orders (shoes, sandals, thongs, slippers etc) placed between 20th May and 31st May will be dispatched in the first week of June.
However, INSOLE orders are not affected by and they will be sent out as normal – i.e. the same day or following day.
Please also note that there may be additional delivery delays once footwear orders have been shipped. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks, please do not be concerned, as delays are expected during this period.
